PaymentPayment can be made by cash, or by any major credit or debit card. We also have our own store card!! - please call at our accounts office on the second floor for further information and to apply or see the "account card" section on the web site!!
Returns
Goods which are accompanied by a receipt may be returned for cash or credit within 28 days provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. Refunds will be given via the initial payment method used. Sale goods reduced by 50% or more is exchange only within 14 days.
No goods, including faulty items, will be accepted back without proof of purchase.
Gift purchases
We can provide gift receipts, which will allow an exchange or refund, HOWEVER please note that the refund is via the original method of payment and as such will not be possible if the original purchase was by credit or debit card. In this case it will be echange or store vouchers only.
